This is what you will learn

To ensure that your skills match the job at ABN AMRO, BrightStone Group has developed an interactive one-year training program in collaboration with ABN AMRO. In the first place, we will look at who you are. We will be looking at questions such as: Who am I? Where is my strength? How do I come across? And what position suits me best? These questions will be answered during personal training sessions and conversations with your coach. In addition to soft skills, we will also teach you more of certain professional knowledge and together we will look at what you still want to learn. You can expect the following training sessions:

  • Project management;
  • Financial skills;
  • Personal effectiveness;
  • Communicative effectiveness.

How to put it into practice

You will be following our training program while working fulltime at ABN AMRO, because you learn the most on the job! But what exactly will you be doing there? There are various possibilities. A Finance Professional like yourself is needed in every layer of ABN AMRO. Together we will look at the path that suits you and your ambitions best. Here are some examples of the possibilities:

  • Decision support;
  • Modelling;
  • Forecasting;
  • Risk management;
  • Control management.

  • a completed study on higher professional or university. For example in the area of Business Administration, Finance, Law, Economics or Criminology or something similar;
  • a good level in  Dutch and English, verbally and in writing;
  • strong analytical and communicative skills;
  • the will to acquire a lot of knowledge in a short period of time.
